Looking for a bit more information about our services? Here is a collection of some questions we usually get asked by our clients for your convenience. If you have any other questions, please let us know.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept Cash, Check, Zelle, Credit card-(square), and Venmo.

How can I prepare before having my house cleaned?

We kindly ask that you pick up as much as you can, for example shoes, clothes or toys off the floor. For your privacy we do not open drawers, closed closet doors, or any cabinets without permission. Having things picked up before having us come makes the clean faster, easier and more convenient.

Clean Kitchen

How often can you clean my house?

We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, one time cleans, and move in/move out cleans.

How do you go about sanitizing supplies in between cleans?

We understand that germs can be very harmful and cause diseases, with that being said everything we use is either disposable or able to be disinfected with special chemicals to kill the germs. We have more than one of each cleaning item. For example we have more than one vacuum. Although we change and wash filters, there are specific vacuums used in homes with dogs/cats and the other ones for houses with no pets as some clients can be allergic to animals. We carry more than one swiffer duster for the floors. We also carry enough rags in order for us to use clean disinfected ones each time we clean your home. We are constantly washing our hands. We always use paper towels to wipe down toilets and NEVER any rags.

How much do you charge?

Everyones home is different! We base price off scope of work, condition of the home, and frequency of cleaning. We schedule a walk-through of your house or apartment before cleaning it for a free estimate! Please keep in mind that the estimate given is good for up to 25 days from initial estimate appointment made. We take pride in delivering high-quality work, and our prices reflect the value we provide.
